Our Accommodation Offerings
We offer three types of accommodation options for our students:
- Shared Room
- Condominium
- Homestay
The features and general pricing of each option are as follows:

We provide affordable accommodation for our students, including properties managed by our school.
Availability depends on the time of inquiry, so if you require accommodation along with your enrollment, please let us know as early as possible.
If we are unable to arrange accommodation, we will support students in finding their own accommodation. Please note that our accommodations are available only for prospective or current students of our school.
1. Shared Room
Located just a 3-minute walk from Academia Language School and right in front of Ala Moana Shopping Center, this is a highly convenient location. This option is recommended for those looking to keep costs low.

2. Condominium
The condominium can be used by one person, a couple, or a family, providing you with a private space. It is recommended for those who prefer a quiet environment, want to share the space with friends, or wish to reserve the entire unit for their family.
Our school offers a special rate for students at the “Royal Kuhio” condominium in Waikiki. It is approximately a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute bus ride to the school from Royal Kuhio.
The rates at Royal Kuhio vary depending on the room category.

Transportation Service ( Two Way ) $150
- Include a self-serve breakfast and dinner.
- Transportation to and from the homestay location from the airport is mandatory.
- If you must arrange your own transportation, a $30 fee will be added to the placement fee.
Other Accommodation Options
If you prefer to find an apartment or house on your own, we recommend using websites like airbnb.com (for short- to mid-term stays) or zillow.com (for rental properties) to search through a wide variety of online listings.
Our location is conveniently close to many residential areas, including Waikiki, Makiki, and Moiliili. Online listings may include individual apartments, shared houses, or condominiums.
Please note that while some landlords rent out condominiums on a monthly basis, others may require a rental contract of six months or longer. Additionally, there are cases where you may be denied a rental without a credit history in the U.S.
Even if you’re looking for a long-term rental, we recommend starting with a vacation rental to give yourself time to find a suitable place. Feel free to consult with us about your housing search as a student.
Airport Transfer
We recommend using Uber. Download and set up Uber on your smartphone in advance for a smooth experience. If you prefer to arrange a transfer through our school, we offer this service for $150, provided that scheduling can be arranged in advance.
