Our Accommodation Offerings
Our school provides low-cost accommodation options under special partnerships, exclusively for prospective or current students.
Availability is based on vacancies at the time of the student’s inquiry. While there is no guarantee that applicants will receive accommodation, we make every effort to find suitable accommodations based on the student’s budget and requested dates.
If accommodation cannot be arranged, students will be referred to external resources to find their own accommodations.
Overview of Our Accommodation Facilities
We offer preferential pricing for accommodations at the “Royal Kuhio” in Waikiki. It is approximately a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute bus ride from the school to Royal Kuhio.
Royal Kuhio Accommodation Fees
The rates at Royal Kuhio vary depending on the room category.

Homestay
Since the expansion of the COVID-19 pandemic, the availability of homestay families has been significantly limited. The price range is similar to or higher than the rates mentioned above. If you are interested, please contact us for more details after understanding the costs.
Other Accommodation Options
For those who prefer to find an apartment or house on their own, we recommend searching through numerous online listings on websites like airbnb.com (for short to medium-term stays) or zillow.com (for rental properties).
Our school is conveniently located near many residential neighborhoods like Waikiki, Makiki, and Moiliili. Online listings may include individual apartments as well as shared housing and condominiums.
Please note that while some landlords may offer condominiums on a monthly basis, others may require rental agreements of six months or longer. Choose your ideal living situation and ensure it is close to the school.

Airport Transfer
We recommend using Uber. Download and set up Uber on your smartphone in advance for a smooth experience. If you prefer to arrange a transfer through our school, we offer this service for $130, provided that scheduling can be arranged in advance.
