Refund Policy
Refunds for transactions made by cash or check will be processed via check. Transactions made by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card used for the transaction. If a refund cannot be processed to the same credit card due to processing company’s refund period, the refund will be processed by check. All refunds will be made within 30 days of the confirmation of the refund request.

- Costs for books, audio materials, and supplies are non-refundable.
- a $100 Refund Processing Fee will be deducted from the refunded amount for a new I-20.
- A session is 8 weeks long; the midpoint of a session is 4 weeks.
- Refund amounts are calculated by deducting the tuition used (based on the class period every 4 weeks) from the total tuition paid.
- Discounts applied for long-term enrollment will not be considered in the refund calculation.
- For students on a F visa, the first 8 weeks after enrollment constitute the minimum enrollment period and are non-refundable.
- Refunds related to student promotions: The refund amount is calculated by deducting the full (non-promotional) price of the tuition used for completed sessions from the total promotional tuition.
- Prepayment of tuition is always possible. If a cancellation occurs before the start of classes, the full amount minus the non-refundable registration fee will be refunded.
- If a check is returned by the bank for any reason, a $25.00 fee will be charged.
- No refunds will be given if a student becomes unable to continue their studies due to personal circumstances, such as termination of I-20 status for failing to meet attendance requirements, or visa cancellation due to legal violations.

- Withdrawal after the first 4 weeks is not eligible for a refund.
- For enrollments of 5, 6, or 7 weeks, the refund amount is calculated by deducting the tuition used for the first 4 weeks from the total tuition paid.
- If a check is returned by the bank for any reason, a $25.00 fee will be charged.
- No refunds will be given if a student becomes unable to continue their studies due to personal circumstances, such as termination of F-1 visa status for failing to meet attendance requirements, or visa cancellation due to legal violations.
- Cancellation After Visa Issuance: If a student cancels the program for personal reasons after an F-1 student visa has been issued but before the start of classes, 50% of the total tuition paid will be retained as a cancellation fee, and the remaining 50% will be refunded. Please note that the Registration Fee and I-20 Processing Fee are non-refundable and will be deducted separately.
- Entry Denial Exception: In the event that a student is denied entry into the United States by CBP (Customs and Border Protection) and is unable to begin the program, the 50% cancellation penalty will be waived. To qualify for this exception, the following documentation must be submitted:
- Official documentation from CBP proving the denial of entry (e.g., a copy of the administrative record or passport stamp).
- A signed statement (School’s prescribed form) confirming that the student will no longer attempt to enter the U.S. using the issued I-20 and agrees to the formal cancellation of their SEVIS record. Failure to provide the above documentation will result in the cancellation being processed as a personal withdrawal (50% penalty).
- Non-Refundable Administrative Fees (Applied to all refunds):
Non I-20 with Letter of Acceptance (LOA)
Entry Denial Exception: If the student is denied entry by CBP (Customs and Border Protection), this 50% penalty will not apply. The school will verify the student’s entry status using the official I-94 database and passport copies. If admission to the U.S. is confirmed, the 50% penalty remains in effect.
Applicability: This policy specifically applies to Non I-20 students for whom the school has issued a formal Letter of Acceptance (LOA).
Cancellation Penalty: If a student cancels the program on or after the reported arrival date, 50% of the total tuition will be non-refundable.
I-20 Refund Processing Fee (Before the Start of Classes)
For I-20 students only, who enroll in programs of 8 weeks or more, a $100 Refund Processing Fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
In addition, any bank transfer fees, credit card processing fees, or other transaction-related charges incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refunded amount.
