First, please fill out the application form with the required information and submit your application. We will contact you with the necessary documents depending on your situation. Our school has enrollment days every Monday, except for the last week of each semester and the week before the last week.

You can apply from Online Application Form or Application Form（PDF）.
The application for the afternoon course is only available online for transfer students.

After receiving your application, we will contact you from the front office regarding the required documents. We will also list those documents here.

Please fill out and prepare the necessary documents such as a dependency application and bank balance certificate, and submit them.

F-1(I-20) Students (New and Transfer)

• 1 Copy of passport (for each family member who comes to US)
• 2 Copy of F visa page (for each family member)
• 3 Financial Statement: $18,000+ plus an additional $4,500 for each family member.
• 4 Verification of Status Request for F-1 Student (for transfer student)
• 5 Affidavit of Financial Resources Template (if someone other than the applicant is paying)
• 6 Dependent form (if there are children)

Non I-20 Kama’aina Students

• 1 Copy of passport
• 2 Copy of Visa page or Green Card

Payments can be made via card, check, or wire transfer. Please note that a 3% fee will be charged for card payments.

New Student

If you are applying for an F visa for the first time, we will send the I-20 form to your address in your home country.

Transfer Student

If you are transferring schools in Hawai’i, we will hand it to you directly. If you are not in Hawai’i, we will send it by email.

Please apply for the F visa and attend the interview.

You can enter the United States up to 30 days before your scheduled enrollment date.
