Teaching English as a Second Language at Academia

We host recruitment days four or five times a year. At these times, candidates are invited to spend the morning meeting the school’s staff and viewing classes. In the classes, candidates may be called upon to teach. If the interview is satisfactory, the candidate may be added to the substitute list or may be offered a position.

Recruitment days are not fixed according to a calendar, but are set based on the teaching needs of the school. To be a candidate, you must have a degree from an accredited college or university and previous experience teaching English. A degree in TESOL and/or international experience are desirable qualifications.
