Housing arrangements will be finalized upon receipt of payment for rent and, if required, security deposit.Prices may change without notice. Our offerings are based on availability at the time of the student’s inquiry. There is no guarantee that an applicant will receive housing, but every effort will be made in trying to find suitable accommodation based on the student’s budget and dates requested. CondominiumIf you are not interested in any of the housing options listed above, and would rather find your own apartment or home, we recommend you browse through the many online listings on websites such as craigslist.com, to find a place to live. We are conveniently located near many residential neighborhoods like Waikiki, Makiki and Moiliili. Some online listings are for individual apartments, while others offer shared homes or condominiums. Please note that some landlords rent out their condominiums on a month-to-month basis, while others require a six-month lease or longer.
